Beautiful location surrounded by stunning scenery and nature. The onsen was absolutely amazing, offering a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to assist us, even providing a lift to the nearest ATM.
There was no WiFi available during our stay, even though it was advertised. , the lack of credit card acceptance was inconvenient.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The traditional Japanese room and onsen were fantastic. The water and sightseeing in the onsen were perfect, and we loved the choice of wood and rock bathtubs. The owner was incredibly kind and provided us with excellent service. Additionally, the hotel provided us with a lift to the ATM in the morning, which was very attentive of them. The view from our room, with a private onsen, was breathtaking. We also appreciated the nice heated table that was provided in the room.

The hotel was located in a beautiful area surrounded by stunning views. the outdoor hot spring was particularly enjoyable and provided a relaxing experience after a long day of work. the attentive service staff went out of their way to provide useful information about the local area and ensure a comfortable stay.
The hotel lacked wifi which made it difficult to stay connected. the room was quite small and lacked certain modern amenities which would have been useful during a business trip.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with a convenience store nearby for any last-minute needs. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The room amenities, including air conditioning and a balcony, added to the overall experience. We also loved the free toiletries and electric kettle provided. The flat-screen TV and dining restaurant were great additions to the leisure facilities. Plus, the free Wi-Fi in public areas was a convenient touch.
This place is highly recommended for families.
